Old Glory DC announces the team’s 2022 preseason schedule, featuring two matches against MLR opponents.

Old Glory will open the preseason schedule against the Toronto Arrows on Friday, January 21 at The St. James at 8 PM. Old Glory will then face the New England Free Jacks at The St. James on Friday, January 28, time to be decided. The team will have no road games prior to the Major League Rugby season kick-off on Saturday, February 4. The team did not play a preseason match during the 2021 season but instead hosted an inter-squad scrimmage.

Players arrive in Washington on January 3 and will begin a rigorous training program led by the Old Glory DC coaching staff. Preseason matches are included in 2022 Season Ticket Memberships, and Old Glory currently plans to release limited tickets based on evolving covid protocols in Virginia and at The St. James.
