Connor Buckley

Scrum Half

Connor Buckley is a scrum-half from Rockaway Beach, New York, who made a name for himself in rugby at Xavier High School, winning four state titles and representing the national team. He also played for the USA U20s in the World Rugby Trophy qualifiers.

Connor continued his rugby development at Iona College, earning All-American honors and playing for the USA Collegiate All-American team. After college, he played for Rugby New York, where he made 15 appearances over two seasons, scoring five tries.

In December 2023, Connor signed with Old Glory DC for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. Known for his playmaking ability, Buckley brings leadership and experience to the scrum-half position, adding depth to Old Glory DC’s squad for the upcoming season.
