Calixto Martinez, originally from White Rock, British Columbia, is a skilled tighthead prop and a valued member of Old Glory DC. His rugby path began early, representing Canada at both the U17 and U20 levels. A proud graduate of the University of British Columbia, Cali played a key role in the UBC Thunderbirds’ Canadian University Championship triumphs, demonstrating his strength and technical prowess in the front row.

Selected third overall in the 2022 Major League Rugby Draft—marking a historic moment as the highest pick from Canada—Cali has embraced his role with Old Glory DC as an opportunity to elevate rugby across North America.
