Semi Kunatani

Semi Kunatani (born 27 October 1990 in Nadi/Naqalimare, Fiji) is a Fijian rugby union forward known for his power and versatility as a lock and flanker. He has played top-level club rugby with Stade Toulousain (Top 14), Harlequins (Premiership Rugby), and Castres Olympique in France’s Top 14, and has also appeared with Tel Aviv Heat in international club competition. Internationally, Kunatani has been a standout Fiji Sevens player since 2013, winning Olympic gold at Rio 2016 and competing in multiple World Rugby Sevens Series seasons, and he has also earned caps with the Fiji 15s side. In MLR competition (with RFC Los Angeles), he logged 11 matches with 1 try and 5 points, contributing 116 carries for 328 m, 70 tackles, 18 offloads, 4 lineout takes, and 3 lineout steals in the reported season.
