OGCC isn’t just about learning, it’s about experiencing. Coaches stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Old Glory’s professional coaching staff during training sessions, gaining hands-on insights into elite coaching methods.

OGCC fosters a sense of belonging, creating a community of passionate coaches who share the goal of growing and improving rugby at all levels. At Old Glory home games, members enjoy a dedicated stand, promoting camaraderie and shared experiences.

What to Expect

The Coaches Club is a one-of-a-kind coach-education initiative that gives coaches of any level an exclusive, fly-on-the-wall look at how a professional rugby organization operates. For $275, members receive unprecedented access inside the Old Glory environment including opportunities to:  

  • Observe professional training sessions inside the Old Glory DC family
  • Meet and interact with the players and coaches
  • Attend behind-the-scenes meetings
  • Learn cutting-edge professional techniques, frameworks, and tactics

And it’s far more that ruby coaching. Members will also gain access to Old Glory DC’s full high-performance ecosystem, including: 

  • Medical staff for insights on player welfare, injury management, and return-to-play processes
  • Strength & Conditioning coaches for the latest in athlete preparation and performance development
  • Performance analytics for data-driven tactical and technical analysis
  • The General Manager, offering expertise in logistics, operations, and team management

As the MLR season concludes, Coaches Club members will also be invited onto the pitch to watch- and even help with – Academy training sessions.
